North Country Cheviot Sheep Society
The judging of the North Country Cheviot classes at the Great Yorkshire Show took place on Tuesday morning, a slightly cooler morning but still dry, Mr James Burton, Ilamtops enjoyed his role & wasted no time in finding this overall champion in a ram shown by the Stones family, Nun Cote Nook.

KO Stones – 2 shear ram, Belmaduthy Van Dijk by Allanshaws Rockafella, out of a Belmaduthy ewe by Gospelhall PickMe, purchased at Lockerbie in 2017.
W & J Thomson – A homebred 1 crop ewe by Wandylaw Scrumpy, out of a Durran Pebbles ewe, she was champion at the 2017 National Show.
Female KO Stones – A homebred gimmer by Allanshaws Nutter out of a homebred ewe.
W & J Thomson – 2 shear ram, Nun Cote Nook Viva Las Vagas by Hownam Grange Lancelot, out of a Nun Cote Nook ewe by Allanshaws Tango, purchased at Lockerbie in 2017 for £2200.
KO Stones – 2 shear ram, Belmaduthy Van Dijk
W & J Thomson – A homebred 1 crop ewe by Wandylaw Scrumpy
